CHICAGO and GERMANTOWN, Wis. (Oct. 19, 2020) – FourGen Holdings, Inc. (FourGen) announced that it has acquired Electrical Energy Experts, LLC (EEE), an electrical testing and high voltage maintenance service firm located in Germantown, Wisconsin. The acquisition was finalized on October 16, 2020.
The purchase of the electrical testing company fits into FourGen’s strategy of diversification within the electrical industry. The combination of resources will help both companies better serve the needs of their customers in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Tim Casey will remain as President of EEE. The Chicago branch of EEE will open immediately in Oak Brook, Illinois, with Michael Hanek as the Director of Engineering and Chicago Branch Manager.
